Craig's Journey at Swan Brothers

Its not everyday that we get to honour someone who has been the driving force behind our company’s success for three decades.

Craig started with Swan Brothers in March 1992. Over the years, he has worn many hats within our organisation, starting from humble beginnings as a spreader operator and moving up the ranks to roles such as operations support, purchasing fertiliser, general manager, director and now the CEO of the Swan Group.

Throughout his time, Craig has achieved numerous milestones that have significantly impacted Swan Brothers growth. These achievements include overseeing depot upgrades, owning farmland with his brother Anthony with their first farm being in Cooke Plains, and later Sheoak Lodge on the Narrung Peninsula.

Additionally, Craig, alongside his wife Kerry Swan, formed Swan Earthmovers, and developed the Swan Group. However, Craig’s impact extends beyond Swan Brothers.

He has made significant contributions to his community, serving as a volunteer, parent & father. Craig has also been involved with organisations such as the AFSA (Australian Fertiliser Services Association) Chairman & Board member, Coorong Cats Working Party and Jallarah Homes Board.

Here’s cheers to Craig Swan – a true leader, visionary, and invaluable member of the Swan Brothers family. Cheers to 30 years of excellence and many more to come!
